I have 30+ years experience in personal training in Los Angeles, during which time I've received multiple certifications. As a personal trainer in LA, I've helped train celebrities as well as every day fitness buffs -- from new moms trying to lose baby weight to bodybuilders getting for competition. I love sharing my knowledge to help others achieve their goals.
